ABSTRACT
Target of this research is to test and analyse the Communications
influence , Compensation and Motivate to Satisfaction Work the Officer at Office
Sekretariat Pekalongan Regency
The Hypothesis of this research are :
1. Communications have an effect on positive to motivation
2. Compensation have an effect on positive to motivation
3. Compensation have an effect on positive to the satisfaction work
4. Communications have an effect on positive to the satisfaction work
5. Motivation have an effect on positive to the satisfaction work.
Test of hypothesis use the coefficient regresi, test signifikasi simultan
( statistical test F), Adjusted R Square and analyse the Band Path. From
calculation of coefficient regresi known there are positive influence from
communications, compensation and motivation to job satisfaction the this matter
officer is proved by comparing test t compared to t tables of where t value is
bigger than t tables.
The development of those were done by improving intensity of
communication, increasing of compensation and appreciate by Office Sekretariat
Pekalongan Regency to officer potency, appreciation to officer achievement and
also facility addition supporting work.
