The purpose of this study was to test the influence of empowerment and motivation of the mediation and perfomance job satisfaction in a district of North Pekalongan, to test and analyze the influence of Empowerment, motivation and job satisfaction of perfomance of district employees in a North Pekalongan district, to test and job satisfaction sebgai analyze variables mediate the relationship between empowerment and performance to test and analyze the influence of job satisfaction as a mediating variable in the relationship betwenn motivation and perfomance.
